4) uppercut punch - maybe ask sifu woo how to do the wushu kung fu uppercut

5) front kick

6) front snap kick

7) front push kick

8) roundhouse kick

9) crescent kick - out to in

10) crescent kick - in to out

11) side kick

12) spin kicks

13) jump kicks

14) jump spin kicks

*you can practice punches with a partner against these:

1) high block

2) mid block - out to in

3) mid block - in to out

4) low block
